Conditions: The two-bedroom apartment (sleeps four) rents for $180/night and the three-bedroom (sleeps six) rents for $210/night, which includes all taxes. The entire house (five bedrooms which sleeps 10 comfortably) can be rented for $350/night. Up to two extra persons can be accommodated on futons in the living rooms--extra person charge is $10.00 per person per night---futons work best for children. Lower rates for less people and/or August thru October. 50% deposit to hold reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Yes--we do take PAYPAL !
